MALACCA POLYTECHNICS INOVATION DAY 2009 ''

Last week, my polytechnic organised an exhibition ''Inovation Day''.

Just for all Electrical And Electronic Department students take part only.

I captured some new designed productions and introduce all of it in here.

1) Temperature Control Fan.

Just a simple design and creation. The temperature sensor bulit under fan.

When the area temperature is less than 26degree celcius, the fan will start moving.

2) Smart Radio

This radio is equipped with alarm system. Alarm will function when someone touch the door knob, the alarm will give out a sound. The radio cime with FM circuit to give satisfunction while listening. The equipped with audioboost system to give more high quality sound and satisfaction. For user who fall asleep while listening to the radio, it can switch ON or OFF automatically.

3) Climbing Stairs Robot

It can climb up the stairs and controlled by a remote control.

4) Robot ARM

It can pick up a 4KG brick. Maximum, it can hold 6KG object.

5) Smart Dustbin

Great creation!! Use controller to move it, make a cleaning process be easier and no need to waste so much time. Used a vacuum motor with high power 1400watt, and also used power window motor for forward and reverse. For the left and right use wheel 180 degrees.

6) SOLAR PANEL INSPRIRED FROM THE LIGHT

Solar panel power supply is a project to give a chance to generate alternative source power supply from the place. Solar panel will generate electricity to charge battery first before we use.

7) SOCCER ROBOT

Just for fun. Control it, it can push the ball.

8) Hydro mini power generator

The hydro turbine spinning when the water flow and push.

It can charge a 12volt of battery.

9) Wind power generator

The turbine will spinning when the wind blowing and turn the fan.

It can charge a 12volt of battery. Same as Hydro mini power generator.

10) Floor Drying Unit (FDU)

This mini car can dry the wet floor and swap.

11) PEST CONTROL ROBOT CAR

This designed product is invented to help household in reducing the number of pest (lizards, crockcoarch, ants..) in their house. It is also designed to hunt and kill any pest with spraying out the poison liquid. Cool right?
