It's an awesome working place for me! Salary is just below 1K per month. WHATEVER . i don't care, i just want to spend my time with my baby darling, get some experience over here while waiting my school results . No no no . I just finish my exam..so try to spend all my free time together with baby darling. She's working here as a public relation, i wanted to work at here too. But i got no idea what job i want. I remain one week to consider while waiting school results.

It's quite sad because she and my friends can't celebrate with me. Staying in boring hell village with those annoying people. I'm happy that i can chat with my darling a whole night. My phone and Facebook blew up with birthday wishes from friends.. Then, this afternoon a restaurant uncle treat me a lunch. 

WHO SAY THIS WORLD DON'T HAVE FREE LUNCH? HEY I GOT ONE, TODAY! Hahahaha. 

Evening, got a free burger and a cup of Milo from Indian brothers. Night, now..staying at home.

Did you slept well recently? Having insomnia or sleep like a pig?

As we know, exercising and eating healthy are the essentials for optimal health and happiness.

Some people said: Sleeping is wasting time!!? Not so important to human! Eat some healthy food and exercising are enough!?

No, i think sleeping is more important than exercising and eating healthy in our daily lives.

Sleeping consists of different stages.

Stage 1 (Transition to sleep)

This should lasts about five minutes.

Stage 2 (Light sleep)

This is when we fall asleep, slowing our heart beat, stopping our eye movements, and the temperature of our body decreases.

Stage 3 (Deep sleep)

Haha, this is the part when people wake you up you will feel irritated! People will take difficult time to wake you up from sleep.

Stage 4 (Deeper sleep)

Physical energy is restored at this stage when blood flow is directed away from the brain and towards the muscle.

REM sleep (Dream sleep)

We will start dreaming here after sleeping for 70-90mins!

Getting Deep sleep then; REM sleep is IMPORTANT

Deep sleep is when the body starts to refresh and restore energy for the next day. If you had enough deep sleep, your health and immune system will be maintained. REM sleep - the stage that makes collects and process the information you had learnt or received in the day. This will definitely strengthen your memory and mood!

Reasons for sleep deprived

Working on shifts, woken up during the night by noises, smoking or drinking in the evening.

TIPS

1. sleep at least 8hours every night
2. sleep only when sleepy
3. do not take naps, and if you cant sleep within 20minutes go do something until you feel sleepy!!
4. do not exercise before bedtime
5. do not drink coffee & tea before sleep
6. take a hot bath 90minutes (If you free, but it's impossible to busy person) before getting to bed.
7. if you lost the time to sleep, sleep extra hours on the following days
8. if you lost the time to sleep for a very long period of time, take a break a week or two to go to bed at the same time every night and waking up naturally every morning.
9. the most important tip - MAKE SLEEPING A PRIORITY!

P/S: Sleeping on weekends will not be enough!! Strongly agree for busy person because need to go work or schooling . I'm the one of them too !

It's time to say goodbye to August , a new day new month is coming.. hello, first day of September and today is my daddy birthday according to the Chinese lunar calendar. So they came back home yesterday, from their Thailand trip. This afternoon went to temple with mummy. Mummy prayed for daddy . And planning tonight's dinner .

CHINESE FOOD? + Sea Food? ... nope. Daddy said don't want. Because he took seafood so much recently, worried his health. He want to fire his friend Mr. Cholesterol for his next coming blood test. Then mummy made another plan, so we went to take Japanese cuisine at Medan Ipoh Japanese Hokkaido. 

Love the decoration of this restaurant especially the Japanese sakare bar.

SUNDAYYY ! This morning i was woke up around 4am in the morning. It's so damn early, you know? Helped mummy to pack up and then sent daddy mummy a goodbye kiss before they start their journey to Thailand with friends. They drove my baby Civic away and left me a Toyota Vios. Arhhhhhh! I'm so sad. 

My mind came out some questions! 

Are you happy not going to Thailand with them?

-Yup. I decided to run my PLAN B!

-Sure. I got my own freedom. Can hangout till the max.

Gone to bed and slept till 10AM . Washed up, bath all that then rushed to Church fetch Ivan, Kenny and Keenan straight to Ipoh Parade. Went there to our lunch then watch The Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes!

This movie is sooooo awesome, all bout the monkey leader. Story is here, Will Rodman (James Franco) is a San Francisco scientist at pharmaceutical company Gen-Sys who has been trying to develop a cure for Alzheimer's disease by testing a genetically engineered retrovirus on chimpanzees. The virus mutates the chimpanzees, giving them a human level of intelligence. The most successful subject, a female chimpanzee named Bright Eyes (Terry Notary), goes on a rampage because she believes her baby, to whom she secretly gave birth, is threatened; she is killed disrupting a board meeting where Will is presenting the cure. Will's boss Steven Jacobs (David Oyelowo) orders chimp handler Robert Franklin (Tyler Labine) to put all the test chimpanzees down; Franklin cannot bring himself to kill the baby chimp and instead gives him to Will. His father names him Caesar (Andy Serkis) and Will raises him in his house. Caesar has inherited his mother's high intelligence and learns and develops quickly. As he outgrows his surroundings and disturbs their neighbor Hunsiker (David Hewlett), Will frequently takes him to the redwood forest at Muir Woods National Monument, but his intelligence begins to sour him to his status as a human "pet."

Three years later, a desperate Will tests a sample of his cure on his father, Charles (John Lithgow), who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. At first, his father improves, but eventually his immune system fights off the virus and his dementia returns. A confused Charles attempts to drive Hunsiker's car and damages it; as he threatens Charles and pushes him to the ground, the onlooking Caesar attacks him. Caesar is forcibly removed from Will's house and held in the San Bruno Primate Sanctuary run by John Landon (Brian Cox), where the apes are treated cruelly by the chief guard, Landon's son Dodge (Tom Felton). Caesar himself is likewise treated poorly by the other apes: In the play exhibit, he is bullied by Rocket (also Terry Notary), the dominant ape at the sanctuary. However, Caesar also meets Maurice (Karin Konoval), a circus orangutan who has learned sign language and can thereby communicate with Caesar. When Dodge brings unauthorized visitors into the facility, one of them gets too close to Caesar's cage and is grabbed by Caesar, who steals a pocket knife and uses it to unlock and escape his cell. Caesar then frees a gorilla kept in solitary confinement named Buck (Richard Ridings); with his grateful assistance, Caesar gains dominance over the other apes.

Meanwhile, Will creates a more powerful form of the virus to resume treating his father, and an excited Jacobs clears its testing on chimpanzees. Results from treating a bonobo named Koba (Christopher Gordon) reveals that it strengthens the intelligence of the apes even further. However, unbeknownst to the scientists, it is fatal to humans: Franklin is exposed to the new virus and begins sneezing blood. Attempting to contact Will at his home, he accidentally sneezes on Hunsiker, and is later discovered dead in his apartment. Will attempts to warn Jacobs against further testing, but when Jacobs refuses, Will quits his job.

After Charles' death, a determined Will bribes the elder Landon into releasing Caesar into his custody; to his shock and dismay, Caesar refuses to leave with him. Later, Caesar escapes from the primate facility on his own and returns to Will's house where he steals canisters of the new virus and releases it throughout the cage area, enhancing the intelligence of all his fellow apes. When Dodge attempts to intervene, Caesar easily beats him down, and shocks both him and the other apes by shouting "No!" As Dodge attempts to escape, Caesar electrocutes him by spraying him with a hose as he holds his stun stick. (In contrast, Caesar halts the apes from beating a more sympathetic guard and leads him to the safety of a cage.) The liberated apes storm the city and release the remaining apes from Gen-Sys, as well as the entire primate population of the San Francisco Zoo.

The apes then force their way past a police blockade of the Golden Gate Bridge, utilizing its thick mist as a visual shield. Caesar specifically orders his apes to refrain from killing disarmed police; however, Jacobs arrives in a helicopter from which a sniper begins gunning down apes, specifically targeting Caesar at Jacobs' behest. Buck sacrifices himself by leaping onto the helicopter, which crashes onto the bridge, killing everyone inside except Jacobs; he begs for Caesar's help, but he walks away, permitting Koba to push the helicopter into the bay below. The apes escape into the redwood forest; Will arrives in a stolen police car and is attacked by Koba, but Caesar stops him. Will warns Caesar that in the forest humans will hunt them down, but that he can protect him if he returns home. Caesar, now capable of speech, gently tells him that "Caesar is home"—with his fellow apes.

In the post-credit sequence, Hunsiker, an airline pilot, arrives at work sneezing blood. The scene zooms onto a filled flight-status display board, then fades into a stylized flight map animated with blooming trajectories throughout the world, implying the spread of a global pandemic.

Everyone watch this movie, sure love this part of the movie. When the Apes leader Caesar shout 'NOOOO' to the animal control guardian, everyone sure will quiet because get shocked or frighten ! Watch this video. You will understand, guys! 

After finish the movie, we all  go to Ivan house to prepare for exercise. 5pm, it was the time we used to play badminton at stadium. yeahbaby! 7pm done, gone to Mushroom stop for dinner and then back home. Took a bath and waiting Leroy.

Manchester United vs Arsenal ! Wow . Such a big match . As a Red Devil supporter, i cannot skip and go to sleep although this match start on 11pm .
