This cocktail I named as the LAX Cocktail because Dave and me created it using the Absolut Los Angeles and 'Lotell' X-Rated Fusion. It ended up being a nice, fruity drink that allowed both spirits to shine in the mix. The lime juice and orange bitters just kind of sealed the deal which ended up being a fruity menagerie of blueberry,acai berry,acerola cherry,pomegranate,mango,sunskits orange,passion fruits,lime and orange. It may sounds like just another fruit-filled Martini but it is in no way overly sweet or syrupy like other cocktails tend to be.
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 oz Absolut Los Angele
2. 3/4 oz X-Rated Fusion Liqueu
3. fresh juice of 1/2 a lim
4. 2 dashes orange bitter
5. maraschino cherry for garnis
Preparation:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Drop a maraschino cherry in the glass for a garnish.
